I currently have now as of February 2026 mentored over 25+ women collectively over the past 5 years and I have many take away experiences from all this I would like to share.

Now that I am only mentoring 1:1 and have abandoned the group course teaching structure in hopes that The experience I provide for anyone coming to me now for guidance has an opportunity to access me privately without the group dynamic getting in the way of course focus and theory work.

I have chosen now to work with people remotely and in person as that fits my lifestyle and my capabilities ,My practice is thriving and now have ample time to take off to mentor as that is what makes me the most happy.

The men and women that come to me are from all different time zones ,diverse backgrounds and experience levels all putting them in a individual and very unique category, teaching men and women how to grow in their dominance ,develop strong core beliefs around what BDSM is and build lasting professional skills that will benefit them in the long run takes time ,7-10 months is usually the focus and for our journey together in my mentorship.

the curriculum is Built so that each person coming to me gets what they need in regards to education, theory work and community building, I offer a business plan format and goal plan structure that allows people to map their future before it has begun , I set you up for success in the long game so that by the time you master your skills your career has already taken off because I help you refine the talents and gifts you already have .

not having a mentor coming into this realm is totally valid and is very possible to thrive on your own without having someone guide you but I want to outline the factual benefits of finding a mentor that can help you along the way so you dont have to do it alone .

1. accelerated learning and faster progress : a mentor can provide personalized guidance tailored to your strengths ,style and goals.
2. blind spots :someone who has been around for 10 years is going to have navigated the professional side of kink through many transitional periods and phases of their own career ,they can warn you about things you didn’t even know existed
3. networking ,referrals and credibility : reputation, credibility and community support are huge facets to this work ,knowing someone and working with them in a way that is collaborative will only ever help you in your endeavours.
4. a strong and solid Mentor /Mentee relationship has the tendency to grow into a friendship over time adding value to both peoples lives.

diverse perspectives and safeguards: working with one or more mentors exposes you to different approaches styles and methods giving you a more broad understanding of the artform .

In conclusion the part that we all look forward to most as mentors is when we see that light bulb go off when a person Sees that they are meant for this work and the gift keeps giving when those women choose to carry the torch , that is my mission to carry on the torch of the matriarchy for years to come.
