There are certain things traditions, old-school practises that sometimes just need to be revised, I wanted to update my following fans and community on the status of my mentorship program mentoring men.
There have been a lot of challenges, there have been a lot of dark days. There has been a lot of doubt and worry, but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, which is that my discernment and my process of honing in on what these men need is truly what is allowing me to do the work I’m doing.
I currently have four male proteges that I am working with and six women. I am learning it is much easier to mentor women than men..
Emotional maturity, non-reactivity, virtue, nurturing, balance, self-control, willingness, to admit, faults humility are all part of being a Male Dom .
if during the mentorship, I do not see these things come out into the forefront I cannot, nor will endorse anybody that does not have these present in their character in someway.
The discipline, the hard days and the self assessment it takes to become a good dominant doesn’t just take a few classes. It takes years of character development, failure, success, learning, connecting, and most importantly getting to know yourself, people walk into this class, thinking I’m going to teach them about the physical aspects of BDSM, but that doesn’t come until the end that doesn’t come until you earn it you must earn that you must prove to yourself and others that you are worthy to hold those implements in your hand, you must prove to yourself that you are worthy of that privilege. Once you have mastered those things you can go out and explore that’s how we do this..
Below are the first few testimonies and responses back from numerous months of mentoring These gentlemen, I have learned a lot and so have they. I plan on being accountable in my endeavors.
All of my successful protégés going forward will be shared here. I am proud of the work we are doing, and I want to show that to the world..
